When we first met Manish, our financial affairs were in a complete mess. Having an extremely busy working life as a doctor, we never gave enough attention to our financial affairs. We were often late in lodging and paying our tax and GST obligations resulting in to unnecessary penalties and interest. First thing Manish did was to bring our lodgements up to date and got rid of unnecessary structures and cancelled unnecessary registrations. He also got the interest and penalties remitted by ATO.

As we have a property portfolio with properties across Australia, we had numerous bank and loan accounts and were drowning under the paperwork. His approach of keeping things simple has resulted into getting rid of more than half the bank accounts we had before and stop the considerable drainage through bank levies. Suddenly the whole tax things look so simple to us and make much more sense.

Manish also spoke with our banks and renegotiated various investment loans at a lower interest rate and designed tax effective and asset protection strategies for us.

In the past, we have dealt with few bigger accounting firms and paid substantial accounting fees but never had the service which we have experienced with Manish. He may not have the flashy office like other accountants but what struck us the most was his knowledge about various assets classes whether it was shares or properties. His attitude and approach towards wealth creation has been very refreshing and eye opener for us.
